Satay is a type of food that is very famous in Malaysia. Even all the races here including Malay, Chinese and Indian like to eat satay. Satay very delicious and it is traditional food in Malaysia. It can be found throughout every state in Malaysia, in restaurants and on the street, with hawkers selling satay in food courts or in Pasar malam.
Satay can be made from variety kind type of animals such as caw, chicken, lamb and so on.. Satay may served with a spicy peanut sauce dip, or peanut gravy, slivers of onions and cucumbers, and ketupat ( rice cakes).
While the popular kinds of satay are usually beef and chicken satay, different regions of Malaysia have developed their own unique variations of satay. It is include my family. My family has been involve in the business of satay seen over 20 years ago. My family has own secret receipt satay.

Many people in my state know about my family business. People named  my business as "Hamid Satay". I don't know why they like to eat our satay. Maybe the satay has its own taste. My family also like to eat satay, we not blase eat satay from child until now. My brothers and my sisters can do the satay. They learn from my mother. They also has own business satay.

Satay for served

To do own business satay, we must know how to make satay, how to grilled or barbecued the satay and how to served the satay. The more authentic version uses skewers from the midrib of the coconut leaf, although bamboo skewers are often used. These are grilled or barbecued over a wood or charcoal fire, then served with various spicy sauce.

This time we grilled or barbecued the Satay.

My family also do the satay if people make order. People always make order for feast, feast ( usually religious, preceded by prayers etc.)  and many more. We also served Satay when people come in my house or we make feast. If you want taster satay from my family, you can buy at Ayer Hitam, Batu Pahat, Johor.
Hehehehe...
That all, thank you....
